Pelagus Application
P-tert-butylphenol proprietates antioxidant habet et uti potest stabilitorque pro rubber, sapone, hydrocarbona chlorinata et fibris digestis.UV absorberi, agentium anti- crepentium ut pesticides, globulus, fucus, etc. Exempli gratia, stabilitor adhibetur pro resina polycarbon, resina tert-butyl phenolica, resina epoxy, resina polyvinyl, et styrene.Praeterea est etiam materia rudis faciendi insectum medicinae repellentium, pesticidarum acaricidarum Kmitt, aromatum et agentium plantarum tutelae.Potest etiam adhiberi ut softeners, menstrua, additamenta pro fucis et fucis, facilia ad unguenta lubricantia, demulsificatores pro agris oleis et additivis pro fomentis vehiculorum.
Productio Methodo
Quatuor sunt modi faciendi tert-butyl phenol;
(1) Phenol isobutylene methodus: usus phenol et isobutylene ut materiae rudis, resinae commutationis causa catalystidis, et alkylationem reactionem in 110°C sub pressione normali peragere, et productum per distillationem sub pressura reducta obtineri potest;
(2) Phenol diisobutylene methodo;utens aluminium silicon- catalystum, pressione reactionis 2.0MPa, temperatura 200°C, et reactionis liquidae phase p-tert-butylphenol obtinetur, necnon p-octylphenol et o-tert-butylphenol.Productum reactionem est separatum obtinere p-tert-butylphenolum;
(3) C4 methodus fractionis: usus fracturae C4 et phenol utens materiae rudis, oxydi titanii-molybdaeni ut catalyst, reactionem mixtionem obtinet reactionem phenol alkylation cum p-tert-butylphenol ut principale, et factum est. adeptus post separationem.
(4) Acidum phosphoricum catalyst methodus: phenol et tert-butanol pro rudibus materiis adhibentur, et productum per lavationem et crystallizationem separationem obtineri potest.
